We came to this brewery for lunch. The brewery has lovely views of Lake Superior, a nice outdoor patio space, and modern interior. We ordered the pho, chicken salad, and fondue. The sizes of all the dishes were more like appetizers than entrees, so order a few for sharing. The soup was good but didn't taste like pho. There was way too much dressing on the salad; I would order the dressing on the side next time. And, the fondue came with slices of French bread, apples, and brusselsprouts (enough for the two of us). For a brewery, the food was good but we'll have to come back to try the beer. Service was very fast and friendly. Thank you for the yummy lunch!

A must make stop while visiting grand marais. We stopped here today while tooling around town and wow how this place has grown! They've added a lot of outdoor space and the inside is looking very festive for the winter season. I tried the Christmas ale today, moosletoe and it totally blew my mind. A sugar and cinnamon rim around a spicy dark ale was right up my alley. The cheese curds were top tier as well, with fresh Wisconsin cheese and a nice chipotle bbq sauce to break up the richness. Yum!

First visit to Grand Marais was a success!! Dropped by this brewery to grab a quick bite to eat and surprisingly they had plenty of vegetarian options. I was nervous to try the jackfruit sliders but they were delicious! Service was quick and the atmosphere was incredibly cozy. Will definitely be returning next time I'm in town.

I absolutely loved visiting Voyageur in Grand Marais. I had received a few recommendations to hit the spot on our trip to the North Shore of MN, and I would definitely recommend a visit myself! Somehow, we walked in as a group of 10 on a Saturday night, and we were miraculously seated right away on the patio. I fully expected some kind of wait with a big group, but was very pleasantly surprised. If you sit outside too, look forward to some nice views of Lake Superior and the rest of town. My favorite beer was the Trailbreaker Belgian Wheat, with the Pie Royale blueberry sour ale and the Ogish Oatmeal Stout as runner-ups. The food menu was a little bit small, but what we did try was incredible. The cheese curds are huge and battered in their Boundary Waters Brunette beer and served with a raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce, and the perch tacos were dressed in a sweet and spicy chili sauce that took them over the top. Plus, the food came out almost as soon as we put our orders in, which was a bonus. Funny merch too. Plan a stop at Voyageur if you're ever in the area!

Very spacious, modern cabin like vibe and friendly staff! Some friends of our recommended this brewery for us to check out on our Northshore trip and I'm so glad we shopped here! We really enjoyed our time here, so much that we went twice! We also took a couple cans home. I think the food menu is a bit limited but good/fair for a brewery. The giant pretzel was my fav!

Love stopping here when in Grand Marais! Good beer and seltzer selection. Dog friendly patio. They were busy on a summer Saturday afternoon but we were quickly seated. They have a small menu with some pub classics and some unique items. The smoked whitefish was a fun surprise- it's a whole fish! Accompanied by some crackers and pickled goods. We thought it would have been better with some time of cheese or sauce, but perhaps this isn't how smoked whitefish is traditionally served. The pretzels are hearty and delicious- splurge on the beer cheese :) Wings are just okay. I'd go with other options.

A brewery you can hear in! I need to call out the sound mitigation done in this venue because many places do not. It matters to be able to hear who you are with. Details details. Thank youuu. Staff are very friendly. Store has a lot of goodies you will want. Food hits the spot. I like sours and light ales which put the blue berry and the blonde top as my favorites here.
